Admission procedure
Students from partner universities wishing to study at IBS have to contact their Institutional Coordinator at their home university. Application deadlines June 15 - Autumn semester November 15 - Spring semester Academic Calendar

Application procedure
REGISTRATION FORM FOR EXCHANGE SUDENTS (must be submitted before sending the application package)
Documents to be sent to the International Business School at Vilnius University:
1. Application Form 2. Learning Agreement 3. Letter of Nomination (provided by home university) 4. Application for Accommodation (if student wishes to stay at Vilnius University hostel) 5. I Want a Mentor Form (if student wishes mentor student help) 6. Transcript of Records (provided by home university)
All the necessary documentation should be sent to:

After the admission students are provided with the Letter of Acceptance and the information package which is usually sent to the student’s permanent address.
Orientation week
The Orientation week takes place at the beginning of each semester (September 1-7 in autumn semester and February 6-10 in spring semester). During it the students get practical information for their stay and study. They are able to get acquainted with Vilnius University, Vilnius city and its surroundings. Introductory lectures on Lithuanian language and history of Lithuania are offered as well.
