SEB Trainee Programme is an opportunity to have one year of working, learning, getting to know the activities of SEB Bank and other SEB Group banks, their staff and clients, to acquire new skills and international expertise. SEB invites to participate in its International Trainee Programme and welcomes everyone willing to attend its unique school that offers professional and practical knowledge.
Each day a new challenge.Here, you will find every opportunity available within a modern financial group. Your trainee year will include education, field trips and practical work at your home department. You will also get an opportunity to gain practical experience abroad. Your personal tutor will support and advice you all throughout your trainee year.
Business Development Department will be the trainee home department.
Business Development Department is a part of the largest i.e. Retail Division. The Department manages the sales process for corporate (small to medium enterprises) and private customers and is responsible for sales strategy, sales budgeting and planning activities. The Business Development Department is also responsible for sales staff development and dissemination of sales culture at each branch of SEB Bank.
What trainee do we expect?
We are looking for trainees with a degree in business, economics or equivalent, fluent in both spoken and written English. You must be in your last year of studies or just graduated. Also, experience from studies or work abroad would be appreciated. Curiosity and drive, combined with responsibility and analytical skills are important qualities as is a sense of humour.
