ADMISSION

Applicants shall submit the following documents until June 15, 2012:

1. Application form

2. English proficienty certificate or request to take an exam in VU IBS;

3. A passport copy (the passport must be valid at least a year after submission of documents);

4. Two full-colour pictures (3x4);

5. A receipt of application fee (50 EUR must be paid before sending the Application form).

6. Education certificates with transcripts of academic records and description of the assessment system should be subbmited until July 15, 2012.

7. A document on recognition of qualifications acquired abroad should be subbmited until September 1, 2012.

In accordance with the resolution No.60 of 21 January 2005 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, on Approval of regulations concerning assessment and academic recognition of foreign qualifications giving access to higher education and higher education qualifications; if an applicant cannot submit such document, he shall immediately file a request with the Centre of Quality Assessment in Higher Education for the recognition of the qualification acquired abroad. All applicants are required to provide evidence of proficiency in English, i.e. submit scores of one of the following examinations: TOEFL, IELTS, CPE, CAE or BEC.

IELTS test with a score of at least 6

Instead of TOEFL, IELTS, CPE, CAE, BEC examinations, applicants may take an entrance examination of English language organized by VU IBS. Please contact International Students and Exchange Center for more information.

The exam of English language in Foreign Languages Centre of VU IBS will take place on 1st of June, 13:00 o'clock

and in July (exact time will be announced later).

The examination of the English language will consists of 4 parts:

Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking to check the applicants' skills of the English language proficiency.

Exam length: 2 hours.
